"I am happy to repair any jewlery purchased from my store. I do not repair jewlery purchased at other stores or from the internet. I always suggest they go back to the place they purchased it. Poor quality jewelry is next to impossible to repair. Good quality jewlery is sometimes salvageable but I often redsign the piece to strengthen it. I enjoy helping people "save" their heirloom jewlery. It is really a case by case so if its sterling or gold (10k, 14k, 18k) I am happy to take a look at it."
